- Customer Content, including any messages, prompts, files, documents, audio, videos, images, data, code, or communications you choose to input, upload, transmit to, or make available through, our products and services. We use this content primarily to provide you with our products and services, to facilitate your requests, and to improve our products and services.
Conversation storage: PEPE stores user messages and service outputs (including AI outputs) associated with your account so we can provide the Services (for example, allowing your conversation history to persist across sessions and devices) and for troubleshooting, support, safety, and product improvement. - Sensitive Information, including Payment Information (defined below) and any information that may be revealed through your communications, such as information about your race, ethnicity, health information, financial information, or the contents of your messages. Important: Please do not submit highly sensitive personal data to the Services unless necessary, as any information you include in Customer Content may be processed as described in this Notice. - Payment Information, including payment card information, billing address, and other financial information (such as routing and account number). We use third-party payment providers, including Stripe, to process payments. We do not retain full payment card numbers; payment information is provided directly by you to our payment providers and is governed by their privacy notices.
- Feedback and Support Information, including the contents of messages sent through forms, chat platforms, email, or other contact channels we make available, as well as recordings of calls with us where permitted by law. We use this information primarily to investigate and respond to inquiries, communicate with you, and improve our products and services.
Personal Data Automatically Collected
We, and our third-party partners, automatically collect information about how you access and use our Services when you engage with us.
